On April 29th, 2019, we received an inquiry from a customer looking for custom packaging for glass tubes.
She wasn’t sure about the structure, material, or visual design—she just knew the product needed a branded packaging solution.

On May 4th, 2019, we sent her the mockup images. She showed them to her boss, and they were excited to proceed with real samples—especially in three different color options to compare.
Our factory team immediately began sample production and completed it within 5 days.
We shipped the samples to the customer, and soon after, she replied with positive feedback about both the packaging quality and our service.
This successful interaction led to a long-term partnership, and we have since produced multiple orders for her company.
